TECHNOLOGY PROCESS

V method casting

(1) model

(5) the sand compaction
Will fill better efficiency, dry sand particle size is 100 ~ 200 purpose to join the sand box, then carries on the micro vibration, make the sand compaction to higher density.
(6) cover mould
Cast starting koubei, sand surface leveling, cover with plastic film, in a closed flask.
(7) draw
Sand box vacuum with cover in the thin film on the surface of the sand box, under the action of atmospheric pressure, make the mould hardening. Draw, release the vacuum negative pressure, remove templates for film adsorption force, and then draw roof-box, completed a cast.
(8) tanks on pouring
